Mike Galarza - Founder and CEO

Mike Galarza is the founder and CEO of Entryless, a technology solution provider headquartered in Silicon Valley with operations in Guadalajara.

Mike has extensive experience in the financial services industry. He previously managed the finance departments for multiple hardware manufacturing organizations. During his tenure with these firms, Mike recognized that far too much manual effort was required to prepare financial statements and process payments to suppliers.

With the founding and growth of Entryless, Mike spearheads the transformation the accounting ecosystem with the industry's only fully automated bill processing and payment solution..

In 2013, Business Insider named Mike as one of the "13 Badass Immigrants in Technology" along with Sergey Brin of Google and Elon Musk of Tesla. A recent Forbes article acknowledged Entryless as an industry leader gaining momentum within the industry. Mike is an IBM Award winner and a graduate of the Founders Institute of Silicon Valley.

Mike is also an active voices on immigration reform in the United States. His opinions have appeared in the Washington Post and Stanford Journal. Mike has also led campaigns for the nonprofit organizations FWD.us aimed at expediting the creation of comprehensive immigration reform.

Domingo Guerra is the President and co-founder of Appthority . Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Domingo moved to the United States at age 18 to pursue his passion for technology. Domingo brings years of Lean Manufacturing and Stanford's "Design Thinking" experience to Appthority. Domingo has Product Design, New Product Introduction & Operations experience across several industries. He has been awarded multiple patents and launched successful products in the Automotive, Biomedical, Semiconductor, Datacenter, and Security industries. Domingo holds a BS from The University of Texas at Austin, an MS from Stanford University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Antonio E. Lopez

Antonio is currently Chief Customer Officer at Infolink, focused on design and deployment of superior customer experiences. Antonio led the Customer Experience function, as Vice President at INTUIT, where he transformed they way small businesses are served, and created the Customer Advocacy function Prior to Intuit, Antonio was Vice President of Customer Experience and Services for HP's Personal Systems Group Americas. Born and raised in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Antonio holds an MBA and BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering, attaining both degrees at Mexico's Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM). He has also attended Executive Finance training at Stanford, and Leadership seminars at UCLA and MIT.

UI Developer

Entryless seeks a UI Developer to program and lead the front-end development. Our current front-end platform is built primarily in PHP, HTML, and is supported in a LAMP environment.

Responsible to: CTO

Compensation: Salary + Perks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program the front-end application.

  • Program new features.

  • Ensure foolproof performance of the deliverable.

  • Make incremental, post release changes in production sites.

Position Requirements:

  • 6+ Years experience in Java or PHP (Advanced-Expert level).

  • Expert in one PHP framework.

  • Experience working with LAMP environment

  • Understand use cases & functional specifications.

  • Coordinate with co-developers.

  • Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications.

  • Strong sense of purpose and urgency is a must.

Additional skills helpful for the role:

Customer Advocate

This position will be responsible for Customer Representation within the company. You will be the proxy for the customer, will be their internal champion.

Responsible to: CTO

Compensation: Salary + Perks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all questions related to Entryless and escalate when necessary.

  • Educate and empower our customers to become better Entryless users.

  • Own the customer experience and work to exceed their expectations. We want to treat our customers as if you would treat a guest in your own home.

  • Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better.

  • Be Entryless’s ambassador for all internal departments and help them be successful in their roles.

  • Drive product change and improvement to make Entryless the leading fin tech platform.

Position Requirements:

  • Sense of urgency a must.

  • SaaS industry expertise a must.

  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation.

  • A desire to learn, master and teach.

  • Basic understanding of how SaaS integrations work.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Previous Customer Advocacy experience is a plus.

Inside Sales Representative

You like to be on the phone calling warm prospects, finding their pain points, tailoring and crafting unique selling propositions to each of the customers problems.
You don’t like to be passive. Instead, you are always looking forward to getting things done, and nothing gets on your way for achieving results and learning new things.
We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, who has the entrepreneurial mindset of getting things done, and who is hungry to close deals.
You’ll be surrounded by creative minds tackling hard problems to solve impacting millions of businesses across the globe.

Location: The Inside Sales Rep can choose to work either in the San Jose Office or in the San Francisco Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities from our inbound account sign ups

  • Outbound calls and emails to prospective customers

  • Working with our sales leadership team, create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists

  • Inbound prospects qualification, and needs analysis assessments

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

  • Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting

  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns

Position Requirements:

  • Experience selling SaaS to SMBs or experience selling insurance products
